You don’t have to have all the bells and whistles with a totally polished social media and online presence.
YOU DO, however, need to show up every single day. Whether you feel like it or not.
Who you are doesn’t take a hiatus.
No.
WHO YOU ARE is constant. The life you were meant to live is a day-in and day-out kind of thing. Your life’s passion and purpose is steady, like a solid rock.
And so should be your presence.
So, why are you trying to pretend that you don’t know who you really are? That you can just show up only when you feel like it, or you’re having a great hair day, or the moon phase is aligned for a massively high-energy day, or when everyone is nice to you that day, or blah, blah, blah?
You want success? You want to feel fully on purpose, aligned, and that you’re MAKING THE DIFFERENCE that you were born to make?
Then show up every single day. That message inside of you needs to come out… yesterday!
You only have a set amount of time on this Earth. Your days of making a difference are numbered. You can help so many people by just showing up. Just being real. It frees others to do the same.
Why would you ROB OTHERS of your gifts?
It’s insane… this playing small thing you have going on. The not showing up because you think people won’t notice.
OH, THEY NOTICE.
You know what else they notice? The people who DO, in fact, SHOW UP every day.
Are you tired of watching everyone else rise while you stay stuck in your stories? It’s a rhetorical question – we both know the answer, don’t we?
Then stop being afraid of others seeing who you truly are. Stop allowing fear to pull you back to safety and comfort. Stop worrying about making mistakes.
BECAUSE?
Whether you admit this or not, you… we… make mistakes every day. I bet you can name a few just sitting here reading this.
Forgot a meeting… threw the wrong thing away… typed a message to the wrong person… put your shirt on backwards (come one, I can’t be the only one who does that).
All mistakes.
Do you beat yourself up when you put the trash in the freezer and throw away the freezer pops? And here’s a good one… would you beat up your best friend or child if they did that? You’d laugh it off, right?
Well, it’s high time you got comfortable laughing off your own blunders.
Because…
You need to show up consistently. Your peeps need you. And that’s gonna end up with you showing all of yourself… even the raw, mistake-making perfectly imperfect side of you.
So, come on!
Take a breath and jump into the fire.
It only hurts for a second. 😉
